Wes 5K to End HIV Page

Hi! On Saturday, October 23, I’m virtually participating in the 35th annual Walk & 5K to End HIV fundraising supporting Whitman-Walker Health.
This year, in honor of the 40th anniversary of HIV/AIDS, I will run 1 mile for every $40 donated to my page. I am hoping to raise at least $2,500 in support of Whitman-Walker preventive care and treatment. Hitting my goal means putting more than 60 miles of wear and tear on my shoes, and I'll happily do more.
Donations go directly toward lifesaving services that Whitman-Walker Health provides for thousands of men and women in our area living with HIV and AIDS—regardless of their ability to pay. And you will help fund critical prevention outreach and treatment programs that can help end HIV in D.C. Whitman-Walker Health focuses on services and education designed to prevent transmission of the virus and provide care to those who are infected, ever more important to provide in our post-COVID world.
Thanks a million!
