Support Whitman-Walker in providing life-saving HIV services!
Hi friends! On Saturday, October 22, I’m participating in the 36th Annual Walk & 5K to End HIV, and I hope you will join me in supporting the life-saving HIV programs and services of Whitman-Walker Health!
The Walk & 5K to End HIV is a vital part of ensuring we have the resources to continue our support of DC communities affected by HIV, particularly trans communities and Black and Latinx communities. Your donation will go toward the critical services that Whitman-Walker Health provides for thousands of people, regardless of their ability to pay. This photo of me in a hard hat is from a tour of our new site in Congress Heights (Ward 8), which will triple our ability to serve communities east of the river and will be the home for a state-of-the-art biomedical HIV research facility funded by the National Institutes of Health. Please help us reach the full potential of these new opportunities by supporting me in the Walk to End HIV!
